<br /> The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, does hereby certify that EVA L. GILLNAM of GRAND '
<br /> ISLAND, NEBRASI�A, is the owner of 47A Lot No 11, in Section---, Row---, as designated on the map as secti.or.s, rc!rs
<br /> and lots of the Cemetery of said City, and known as the Grand Island Cemetery, for which the said FVA L. G�I.LH�iM
<br /> has paid to the City of Grand Island, the sum of �50.00, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged.
<br /> In consideration of the payment of said sum the said EVA L. GILLHAM is entitled to, and is hereby granted, the
<br /> perpetual use of said lot or lots for the purposes of interment only, subject to the �aws of the State of Nebraska,
<br /> and such ordinances, rules and regulations of said city as may be now in force, or hereafter adopted relative to the
<br /> regulation and government of said Cemetery.
<br /> And in consideration of the further sum of $90.00, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the City of Grand
<br /> Island agrees to provide perpetual care for said lots, said perpetual care to be as defined by ordinance, rule or
<br /> regu�ation now in force and effect.
<br /> IN WITNESS WHFREOF, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, has caused its corporate seal to be hereto affixed, and
<br /> this instrument signed by its Mayor, and attested by the City Clerk, this 24 day of APRIL, 1950.
