<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in pursuance of an order of the Honorable William F. Spikes, Judge of the
<br /> District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 14th dap of November, 1949, I was licensed by said Judge to
<br /> sell at public auction in the ma,nner �rovided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale as required by law and at the time and place therein specified, after
<br /> said sale had been held open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to MARIE K. BRYANT, she being the
<br /> I highest bidder therefor; that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court and by him in
<br /> all things confirmed and I was ordered to make a deed of said premises to said purchaser,
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, E. L. Thelen, Administrator of the estate of Mary Ann Keefe, deceased, in consideration of
<br /> the premises and the sum of $3,750.00, so bid and paid by Marie K. Bryant and by virtue of the pawers intrusted in
