<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHFREAS, in an action in the D'istrict Court of the F.leventh Judicial District of the State of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for the County of Hall wherein County of Hall, Hall Caunty, Nebraska, a municipal corporation, is plaintiff
<br /> and Gu s F.ngbert and Engbert, et al.., are defendants, No. 18, Doc. 1, Page 195-195, the plaintiff did on
<br /> the ?th day of February, 1950, obtain a decree f inding there to be due from the defendants for general special
<br /> improvement taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 4-5-6-?', the sum of
<br /> $392.87, accruing interest and costs of tbe suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said
<br /> action that in default of the paymPnt of the swn so f ound due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said
<br /> Countp of Hall should cause the larids�.and tenements hereinafter described to be advertis-ed and sold according to law
<br /> to pa.y the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said Countq, under and by virtue
<br /> of the said decree and the order of sale to him dulq directed, did, on the 20th daq of April, 1950, at the North
<br /> Front Door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall having first given due and 1ega1
<br /> notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in the The Grand Island Dailp
<br /> Inde�endent, a legal newspaper, printed and in general circulation in. said County of Hall, sell said premises at
<br /> public auction to A. J. Vierk for the sum of One Hundred 1w►entp-seven and 50/100 Dollars, (the total accrued costs of
<br /> suit and sale being $392.8?), which sale was afterwards on the 19th day of May, 1950, examined and confirmed bp the
<br /> said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premi.ses in fee s�nple to the said

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and
<br /> by virtue of the power vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do hereby give, grant, and convey to the
<br /> sai.d A. J. Vierk his heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit;
