<br /> bargain, sell and convey unto Charles Senseney of the County of Ilall, and State of Nehraska, grantee, the following
<br /> described Lot or Lots of land situated in the Wood River °�Cemetery, in the Tawn.ship of Wood River, in Hall County,

<br /> and all the estate, right, title and interest what�soever of the said grantor in and to the same and every part

<br /> To have and to hold the above described Lot or Lots unto the said C3iarles Senseney grantee his heirs and
<br /> assigns forever and the said grantor hereby covenants with t,he said grantee that �t holds said premises by a good
<br /> and perfect title and has good right and authority to sell and convey the same and that same are free and clear of
<br /> all claims and incumbrances whatsoever and the said Wood River Cemetery Association hereby covenants to warrant
<br /> and defend said premises against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
<br /> It is further agreed and understood that the above descrihed property is sold and assigned for the purpose
<br /> of interment only and to be used for no other pt�rpose, subject, however, to the provisions and reQtrictions of the
<br /> Laws of the state of Nebraska relating to Cemetery Associations and to all acts and laws of the Legis�ature of
<br /> the State of Nehraska which have been or may be lawfully enacted respecting Cemetery Associations and also subject
<br /> r,;, the conditions and limitations and with the privilege and restrictions specified h,y the rules and regulations
<br /> of said Wood River Cemetery Association now in force or that may he hereafter adopted by it not ir. conflict with
<br /> the laws of the Sr,ate of P<ebraska which rules and regulations as h.ereby specified are m.ade a part of this conveyance.
