<br /> requested by the said 0. A. t3eltzer, the present owner thereof, said city desires to disclaim any interest in and
<br /> to said right of way and desires to furnish the said 0, A. 13eltzer a Quit Claim Deed for any interest the said City
<br /> of Grand Island might appear to have in and to said public way.
