<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that in pursuance to an Order of the Honorable H. Emerson Rok�er, Judge of the District
<br /> Court of Xork Countp, Nebraska made on the 12th day of January, 1951, I was licensed by said Judge to sell at Public
<br /> Auction in the manner provided bp la�, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave notice of the time
<br /> and place of said sale as required bp law and at the time and place therein specified, after said sale had been held
<br /> upon one hour, I sold the undi�ided one-ninth interest belonging to Robert Busler, a minor and the undivided one-ni.nth
<br /> interest belonging to Carel�n Busler, a minor to the said real estate at public auction to Jennie M. Busler, she being
<br /> the high�st bidder therefor; that said sale Kas thereupon represented to the said Judge of the District Court a►nd by him
