<br /> within and f or the Coiinty of Hall wherein The County of Hall, State of Nebraska, is plaintiff and Ethel Fdgar Hartwell,
<br /> and - Hartwell, real and true name unknown, his wife et al., are defendants, l�o. 22, Doc. 1, Page 229-239, the
<br /> plaintiff did on the 3rd da�- of May 1950, obtain a. d.ecree finding there to be due from the defendants for general and
<br /> special improvement taxes upon a Certificate of Taac Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action No. 5-6-7, the sum
<br /> of �293.89, accruing interest and costs .of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there fzxrther ordered in the sai.d
<br /> action that in default of the payment of the stun so foun3 due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said
<br /> County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law
<br /> to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue
<br /> of the said decree and the orde.r of sale to him 3uly directed, did, on the 6th day of July, 1950, at the North Front
<br /> Door of the Court House in the City of C.rand Isla.nd, in said County of Hall, having first given due and legal notice
