<br /> City of Grand Island, �'ebraska, to Better Homes, 7ncorporated be and the same is hereby directed, authorized and

<br /> SECTI01�' 2. The manner and terms of said sale of such real estate are as fellows: The purchaso_r has agreed to
<br /> pay the sum of Five Hundred ($50Q) �oll�ars for sa.id premises a.nd has paid the entire amount thereof to the City of
<br /> Grand island. The city i.s to convey said premises by a Quit Claim Deed and the city shall not be required to furnish
<br /> an Abstract of Title,
<br /> SECTION 3, As provided by law, notice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be published for three consecutive
<br /> weeks in the C,rand Island Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in the City of
<br /> Grand Island, ?�'ebraska, iztunediately after the passage and publa.cati.on of this ordinance; and the City Clerk is hereby
<br /> �directed and instructed to �repare and publish said notice.
<br /> SECTIOi� 4. Authority is hereby� granted to t�1P, electors of the City of Grand Zsland, Nebraska, to file a
<br /> remonstrance a�ainst the sale of the wi_thin described real estate; and if a remonstrance against the sale signed by
<br /> legal electors ef said City equal in in number to thirty per cent (3Q`,�) of th.e electors of the Gity of Grand Island,
<br /> v�ting at the last regular election held in said City be filed with the City Council ��ithin thirty da.ys after the
<br /> passage and pul�licatien of this ordinance, such property sha1J. not then, nor within one 3•ear the.reafter be sold,
<br /> SECT10:�' S. The sale of said real estate is hereby di.rec�ed, autheri.zee? ar,ct confirmed; and if no remonstrance
<br /> be filed aoainst such. sale, the President of the Ci.ty Ceunci.l and Ci.ty Clerk shall make, execute, an� deliver to
<br /> Better Homes, Incorporated, a Quit Clai.m Deed for said property and the execution of said deed is hereby authorized
