<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this llth day of January, 1951, in the year one thousand nine hundred and Fifty-one, between
<br /> Orville F. Macomber and Elizabeth A. Ma,comber, his wife, each in his and her own right and spouse of the other of the
<br /> first part, and Don W. Lloyd and Maxine F. Lloyd, as Joint tenants and not as tenants in common parties of the second
<br /> part, WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other valuable
<br /> considerations - - - - DOLLARS, to us duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we remised, released, and
<br /> quit-claimed, and by these presents does for ourselves heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever
<br /> quit-claim and convey unto the said parties of the second part, and to their heirs and assigns forever, all our right,
