<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this lst day of March, in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-four, between Edward Bader
<br /> and Clara Bader, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Nebraska, parties of the f irst part, and B. J. Cunningham, party
<br /> of the second part, WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of ONE DOLLAR in
