' ' ' - SHERIFFtS DEED KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicia�l District of the State of Nebraska, within and for the County of Hall, wherein County of Hall, Hall County, Nebraska, a municipal cor oration is laintiff P � P � and E. B. Cowles, first real true name unknown, et al., are defendants, No. 17, Doc. l, Page 174-184, the plaintiff did on the 2Qth day of December, 1949, obtain a decree finding there to be due from the defendants for general and special improvement taxes upon a Certificate of Tax Sale and subsequent taxes, in Cause of Action, No. 4, the s�m of $52.13, accraing interest and costs of the suit, and, whereas, it was then and there further ordered in the said action that in default of the payment of the sum so found due from the said defendants that the Sheriff of said County of Hall should cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described to be advertised and sold according to law to pay the same, and, whereas, default having been made therein, the said Sheriff of said County, under and bp virtue of the said decree and the order of sale to him dulp directed, did, on the 22nd dap of March, 1950, at the North Front Door of the Court House in the City of Grand Island, in said County of Hall having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of said sale for not less than thirty days prior thereto in the The Grand Island Daily Independent, a legal newspaper, printed and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Kathryn E. OtMalley for the sum of Sixty-five and no/100 - - - - - - Dollars, (the total accrued costs of suit and sale being $173.4?), which sale was afterwards on the 14th day of April, 1950, examined and confirmed by the said Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to conveq the said premises in fee simple to the said Kathryn E. O�Malley 130W, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the County of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by `' virtue of the power vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, da hereby give, grant, and convey to the said Kathryn E. OtMalley, her heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lot Five (5) in Block Twenty-four (24) in Packer � Barr�s Second Addition to the Citq of Grand Island, Hall Countp, Nebraska as surveyed, platted, and recorded. with the appurtenances.
