<br /> Hall, sell said premises at public auction to Max J. and Ruth Cornelins, as JOINT TENANTS WITH SURVIVORSHIP ANII NOT AS
<br /> TENANTS IN COMMON; for the sUrn of Two Hundred and Twenty and no/100 - - - - Dollars, (the total accrued costs of suit
<br /> and sale being $?0.17), which sale was afterwards on the 29th day of June, 1950, eaamined and confirmed by the said
<br /> Court and the said E. H. Stobbe as such Sheriff, ordered to convey the said premises in fee si.raple to the said Mazr J.
<br /> and Ruth Cornelius
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Sheriff of the Co�nty of Hall, as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by
<br /> virtue of the powers vested in me by law and the decree of said Court, do herebp give, gr�,nt, and eonve� to the said
<br /> Max J. and Ruth Cornelias, their heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit: Lot One (1) in Block
