<br /> THIS INDEATTURE, Made this 14th day of August, in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifty, between Saturnina
<br /> Wasmer, a widow, of Grand Island, Nebraska, of the first part, and Charles P. Wasmer of Los Angeles, California, of

<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar, love and affection to
<br /> her duly paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised, released, and quit-claimed, and by these
<br /> presents do for hersel her heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quit-claim and convey

<br /> KNO�d ALL MEN BY TH1�SE PRESENTS, that in pursuance te an Order of the Honorable H. Emersen Kokjer, Judge of
<br /> the District Court of York, �Tebr.aska made on the 18th day of August, 1950, I was licensed by said Judge to se11. at
<br /> public auction in the manner provided by law, the real estate hereinafter described; that thereupon I gave notice
<br /> of the time and place of said sale as required by law, and at the time therein spec�fied, after said sale had been
<br /> open one hour, I sold said real estate at public auction to Jennie M. Busler, she being the high�s� bidder therefor,
<br /> that said sale was thereupon reported to said Judge of the District Court and by him in all things �onfirmed, and
<br /> was ordered to make a Deed conveying said premises to said purchaser.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Maxine Busler, Guardian of Robert Busler and Carolyn Busler, minors, have and in consider-
