<br /> SHERIFFtS DEED SALE UNDER EXECUTION
<br /> Y KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, on the 20th day of June 1947, in the District Court within and for Buffalo County, in the State of
<br /> Nebraska, Mrs. Anna M. Hayward, mother of Joseph A. Hayward, plaintiff, recovered a judgment against Vera Hayward, now
<br /> Vera Juliano, defendant, for the sum of $15.00 per month starting July lst, 194? on which no payments were made after
<br /> , January, 1948, and
<br /> WHEREAS, afterward, an execution was issued by the clerk of the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under
<br /> the seal thereof, bearing date the 25th day of April, 1950, directed to the Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, comnanding
<br /> him to levy the same upon the goods and chattels, and for want thereof, upon the lands and tenements of said Vera Hayward,
<br /> now Vera Juliano, defendant, sufficient to satisfy the amount found due the plaintiff upon said judgment and costs as
<br /> aforesaid, with interest thereon and accrued costs, the Sheriff as aforesaid, did on the 27th day of April, 1950, for
<br /> want of goods and chattels, levy upon and seize the lands and tenements of the said Vera Hayward, now Vera Juliano,
<br /> Defendant, hereinafter described, and
<br /> WHEREAS said Sheriff, under and by virtue of said execution, did cause said land to be duly appraised according
<br /> to law, having first given due and legal notice of the time and place of sale for more than thirty days prior thereto
<br /> by publishing a notice of the same in The Grand Island Daily Tndependent a legal newspaper printed and of general
<br /> circulation in Hall County of Nebraska, did sell said lands and tenements at public auction to Mrs. Anna M. Hayward
<br /> for the sum of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars, she being the highest bidder therefor, which sale was afterward, at the
<br /> February term of said District Court, A.D., 1950 and on June 23rd, 1950, examined and confirmed, and the said Sheriff
<br /> was ordered to convey the said premises in fee simple to said Anna M. Hayward,
<br /> NOW THEREFORE
<br /> I, E. H. Stobbe, Sheriff of said Hall County as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises and by virtue af the
<br /> powers vested in me by law and the decree of said court, do hereby give, grant and convey to the said Anna M. Hayward,
<br /> her heirs and assigns, the premises so as aforesaid sold, to-wit:
<br /> Lots Four (4) and Five (5), in Block Ten (10) of Boggs and Hill Addition to the City of Gra.nd Island, Hall County,
<br /> Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded, with the appurtenances.
<br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD THE SAME unto the said Anna M. Hayward,her heirs and assigns forever.

<br /> VIOLA BETHKE, as Joint Tenants, and not as tenants in common with full right for survivorship of the County of Hall, and
<br /> State of Nebraska, parties of the second part, WITNESSETH. That the said party of the first part for and in consideration
