<br /> and Lelia F. Taylor, husband and wife, of Grand Island, Parties of the first part, and Palmer E. Rhoades, Party of the
<br /> second part, WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, in consideration of the sum of - - One Dollar and no/100�
<br /> DOLLARS, to duly paid, the receipt .whereof is hereby acknowledged remised, released, and quit-claimed, and by these
<br /> presents do for themselves, their hefrs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quit-claim and convey
