<br /> the manner by law providzd far t�e sale !�"t� real estate hereinafter described; that theret�pon I took the oath
<br /> and furnished bond as required by laW; that I caused a notice to be published in the Grand Island Dailp Indepeadent,
<br /> a legal newspaper published in Hall County, Nebraska for more than three weeks, and that on the 2�th day of April,
<br /> 1950, I offered said property for sale at the front north door of the Court Hoase in the Citq of Grand Island, in
<br />� �"': Ha.11 County, Nebraska.
<br /> That said sale was kept open for one hour and that I exerted my best efforts to sell the real estate described
<br /> in the petition herein and, after keeping said sale open for one hour, said property was sold to Flora B. Boyll
<br /> of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska for the swn of $1,250.00, being highest offer I could obtain therefor;
<br /> That said sale was thereupon reported to the Judge of the District Court and by him and all things coafirmed,
<br /> I was ordered to make a deed of conveyance of said premises to said property;
<br /> NOW, TNEREFORE, I �'rieda M. Boyll Fowler, guardian of the estate of Deanna Kay Boyll, do by these presents
<br />. grant, sell and convep unto F1ora B. Boyll of the County of Hali and State of Nebraska, and to her heirs and assi�ns,
<br /> the real estate described as f��l+�s:-- An undivided 3/176ths interest in the following described real estate, to-wit:
