That the sale of the real estate descri.bed as Lot Three (3), Block Fourteen (14), Fairview Park <br /> Addition, an addition to the City of Grand Isl.and, Ha11 County, Nebraska, belonging to the City of Grand Island, <br /> - � Nebraska, to Joseph Horacek and Merlyn C. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of the Ci.ty of Grand Islan.d, Nebraska, to file a remonstrance <br /> agai.nst the sale of the within described real estate; and if a remonstrance against the sale si.gned by legal electors of <br /> sai_d City equal in number to thirty per cent (30/) of the electors of the City of Grand Island, voting at the last <br /> regular election held in said City be filed with the City Counci.l within thirty days after the passage and publication of <br /> this ordinance, such property shall not then, nor within one year thereafter be sold. <br /> SECTION 5. The sale of said real estate is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed; and if no remonstrance be <br /> filed against such sale, the President of the City Council and City Clerk shall make, execute and deliver to Joseph <br /> Horacek and Merlyn C. Horacek, husband and wife, a Quit Clai.m Deed for said property and the execution of said deed is <br /> hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council. <br /> SECTION 6.
