<br /> WHEREAS, on tne lst day of Decernber, 19��1-, the same being one of the ,�udicial days of the
<br /> re�ular term in an action then p�ndin� in the District Court of the E].eventh Judicial District
<br /> held in and for Hall County, Nebras�.a, and entitled Bertha Schue'tt, e'G al. plaintif fs, vs.
<br /> " Minnie Ra.u�rt, et �.ls. , defendants, being Case No. 1011�, H�.rry Grimminger was by the Judge
<br /> of said Court appointed R�feree to mak� partition; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the �aid Harry Grimmin�er filed a report that parti��on could not be ha.d without great
<br /> pre,�udice to the owners of said r�al estate, which report was on motion confirmed, and on Dec�mber
<br /> 7, 19�-�-, said Referee was ord�red to sell said premises by the Judge of said Court; and
<br /> WHEREAS, in accordanc�; with said order the said Harry Grimminger, as Ref eree, filed a bond
<br /> conditioned as required by law and as required by said order, and filed his oath in the manner and

<br /> WHEREAS, the said Harry Grimminger,Referee, did advertise said premises for sale in th� manner
<br /> and fb rm provided by law, and did on Januaxy 20, 19�5, at the hour of 2:00 o' clock P.M. at the
