<br /> of Nebraska, party of the first part, and Grace Oxford, ( Single) and Wi11is C. Fay ( Single) , mother
<br /> a.nd son, as �joint tenants and not as tenanta in common, with right of survivorship, of the County
<br /> of Ha11 and State of Nebraska, party of the second part.
<br /> WITNESSETH, that the said part of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of' One
<br /> Hundred Fifty DOLLARS in hand pai�, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has sold and by these
<br /> presen�Gs does quit-elaim, grant, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second part, the
<br /> followin� described premises, situated in Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to-wit :

<br /> to the northerly line of Seventh Stree'� (and extension thereof) ; thence easterly, along said
<br /> northerly line of Seventh Street (ancl extension thereof) to the north line of said northwest quar�er
<br /> of' southeast quarter; and thence west, along said north line, to the place of beginning. Sub�ect

<br /> IT BEING THE INTENTION OF ALL PARTIES HFRETO, THAT IN THE EVENT OF THE DEATH OF EITHER OF SAID
<br /> GRANTEES, THE ENTIRE FEE SIPdPLE TITLE TO THE REAL ESTATE DESCRIBED HEREIN SHALL VEST IN T HE SUR-

<br /> assigns, that neither it nor any person in its name and behalf, shall or will hereaPter claim or
<br /> demand any right or title to the said premises or any part thereof, but they and every one of' them
<br /> shall by these presents be excluded and forever barred.
