<br /> to file a remonstra.nce against the sale of sai� real estate; and if a remonstrance against said sale
<br /> signed by legal slectors of said City equal in number to thirty per cent (30�) of the electors of
<br /> said City voting at the las'� regula.r election held in said City be filed with the Mayor and Council
<br /> oP said City �aithin thirty d�ys after the passage and publication of this ordinance, sa.id property
<br /> shall not then, nor. within one year �nere�fter be sold.
<br /> SECTION 5. The g�,le of sa.id real estate is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed, and if no
<br />' remonstr. �nce be Piled against such sale, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, executer and deliver
