<br /> SECTION 1.The sale and conveyance of real estate hereina�'ter described is hereby directed and
<br /> authorized to A.E.Knosp,o� the City oP '�he City of Grand Island,Nebraska.
<br /> Tl�e property directed and authorized to be conveyed is described as Pollows :
<br /> Frac�ional Lot Eight (�) ,Fractional Block Three (3) ,Ashton Place,an Addition to the City of Grand
<br /> Island,Hall County,rlebraska.
<br /> SECTION 2. T.he manner and terms of said sale of sa.id real estate are as f'ollows; The purchaser,
<br /> A.E.Knosp,agrees to pay Four Hundred and Twenty-Pive ( ��25.00) Dollars for the within described
<br /> real estate and has paid to the City Clerk oP the City oP Grand Is7.and the sum of Twenty-five
<br /> (�25,00) Dollars as a down payment therefor, and tl�e balance oP Four Hundred (��+00.00� Dollars
<br /> will be paid in full upon the execution and deliverey of a Quit Claim deed by the City to the
<br /> said purchaser.The City shall not be required to �'urnish an Abstract of Title.

<br /> cation oY this ordinance;and the City Clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare and pub-
<br /> lish said notice.
<br /> SECTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the Plectors of the City of Grand Island,Nebraska, to
<br /> Pile a remonstrance against the sale o� said real estate;t�nd if a remonstranee against said sale
<br /> si.gned by Iegal electors of said City equal in nu�ber to thirty per cent (30�) oP the electors
<br /> of said City voting at the last regular election held in said City be �'iled with the Mayor and
<br /> Council of said City within thirty days after the passage and publication of this ordinance, said
<br /> property shall not then,nor within one year therea�ter be so1.d.
<br /> SECTION 5. The sale of said real estate is Izereby directed,authorized and confirmed and if mo
<br /> remonstrance be f iled a�ainst such sa1e, tlie Mayor and City C1.erk shall make, execute,and deliver
<br /> to the said A.E.Knosp a q,uit Claim Deed for said property and the execution of said deed is here-
<br /> by authorized without further action on behalf oP the City Council.
