<br /> �eSlig and William E.Keilig were each the ownera as tenants in common in fee simple of an undivided
<br /> one-fifteenth lnterest in the lands and tenements hereinafter described and �urisdicition was 8uly
<br /> acquired in said. action of all parties theret� and that Paul C.Holmberg was duly appointed guardian
<br /> ad litem for said minor dePendant, William E.Keilig and duly an8wered for him and that Harold A.
<br /> Prince was duly appointed guardia�n �.d litem Por said incompetent, Meta Keilig and anawered for her
<br /> and that the aharea and lntereets of the above named covenants were duly confirmed in the real
<br /> estate hereinafter desaribed and the undersigned A.a.Abbott was duly appointed releree to make
<br /> partition of said real estate,
<br /> And whereas, said referee appolnted by said court to make partition oP said reai estate made
<br /> report in writing duly signed, setting fvrLh that partltion oY said real eatate could not be made ,

<br /> liahed Por more than thirty days, I offered said land hereinafter deecribed at public auotion and
<br /> sold said l�nd below described to Harry C.Preiaendort' and He1en W.Preisendort as �oint tenanta and.
<br /> not as tenants in common for the sum oP �3, 750.Q0, they being the highest bidders therefor and
<br /> afterwards and on the 6th d.a.y of August, 1943, said court approved and cont'irmed said sale and by
<br /> order directed me as rePeree to eaecute to said Harry C.Preisendorf �nd Helen W.Preiaendorf a deed
<br /> conveying said land to them in f ee simple as �oint tenants with right of survivorship.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, A.G.Abbott, referee, in consideration of the premises and of the sum of '

<br /> and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law do by these presents grant, bargain, sell and
<br /> convey unto said Harry C.Preisendor�' and Helen W.�reis.endorf and to their asaigns or to the heirs
