<br /> THAT, WHEREAB, in an aetion in the Dlstrict Court of t�ie Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Ha.11 County, wherein COUN'�Y OF HALL raas plaintiff, and I�ORAINE G.CARLSON .and oth�rs
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad,�udged and decreed by said Court, th�t the County of Hall had
<br /> a lien on each oP the fnllowing described premises Por unpaid taxes, and that in default of the
<br /> payment of s�id unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by las�, the prem-
<br /> ises should be �erecloaed and sold; and ,
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action havin� mr�de default in the p�yment of the .amounts so
<br /> found due, Daniel Sanders, then Sheriff of said County, under anc� by virtue oP the order. of said
<br /> Court to me direeted, did on the 16th d.a.y of December, i9�o, at the North f ront door of the Court
<br /> �louse in the Clty of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the
<br /> District Court was last held in said County) , havin� first given due and legal notice of the time

<br /> and in eneral circulation in said County of Hall, sell s id premises at public auction .to WALTER

<br /> best bidder therefor, for. the eums set Porth in the report made to said Court of the sale and in
<br /> the order of confirmation; and

<br /> by law, and sai:� sale w�s thereupon confirmed by the court on the 5th da.y of August, 1g43, and I,
