<br /> the terms and conditions of the Will of Rachel Ray, deceased, all real property belonging to said
<br /> Estate was devised and bequeathed to Williara Wallace Ray, in trust, with the power oP dispoeition
<br /> by sale and conveyance of all or part of said real estate.

<br /> Wallace Ra.y, Trustee, under the terms and conditions of said Will and made and entered an order
