<br /> arand Island,Nebraaka; providing the manner in whieh the same shall be eol�. and the terms of said
<br /> sale; providing for the giving of notice of the sale of said real e$tate and the terms thereof;
<br /> an�., provi8ing f or the right to flle a remonstrance against the sale thereof signed by legal electors
<br /> of the City of arand Island,Nebraska., equal in number to thirty per cent �30�) of the electors of
<br /> said City, voting at the last regular munieipal election held in said City.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE i�lAYOR AND GITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF aRAND ISLAND, NEHRASKA:
<br /> BECTION 1. The sale and conveyance oP the real estate hereinafter de$aribed is hereby `directed •
<br /> and authoriZed to W.H.Ehrsam, of the City oY t�rand Island,Nebraaka.

<br /> remonatrance be filed againat such sale, the Mayor and City Clerk ahall make, exeeute, and deliver
<br /> to the said W.H. Ehrsam a Quit Claim Deed for said property and the execution of said deed is hereby
<br /> author��ed without further actSon on behalP of the City Council.
<br /> SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be in force and take eff ect from and after its passage, approval
