<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> �THAT, WHEREAB, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District oP Nebra�ka,
<br /> within and for Ha.11 Coun`ty, wherein County of Hall was plaintiPf and Robert M.�Celly, and others
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad�udg�d�ar�d deareed by sald ,court that the Cout�ty�f Hall had
<br /> a lien on each of the Pollowing described pr�mises for unpaid taxea, and that in default of the
<br /> payment oP said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the
<br /> _ �; premises should be foreclosed and sold: and .
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants, in said action having made default in the payment oP the amounts so
<br /> Pound due, Daniel Sanders, then Sheriff oP said County, under and b� virtue oP the order of said
<br /> court to me directed, did on the 6th d.ay of January, 1941 at the north front door of the �ourt
<br /> House in the City oP Grand Island, in the County oP Hall � the same being the place wherein the
<br /> • Diatrict Court waa last held in said County, having first given due and legal notice oP the time
<br /> and place of said sale, Por not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed
<br /> and .in general circulation in said County oP Hall, sell said premises t public auction to the City
<br /> of Grand Island, �ebraska, for the sum of Three Hundred gixty-six & No�100 Dollars, it being
<br /> the highest and best bidder therefor, for the sums set forth in the report made to aaid Court of
<br /> the sale and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> ._. . '�iHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years
<br /> �llowed by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the Court on the 23rd day of April, 1943,
<br /> and I, Herbert H.Hann, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said premises
<br /> to said City oP Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, Herbert H.Hann, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in �ursuance of order
<br /> of said court as aPoresaid, in consideration oP the premises, and by virtue of the powera in me
<br /> vested by law, do hereby give, grant and convey unto the said City of Grand Ialand,Nebraska, and
