<br /> Albert Marth, or the survivor, a deed conveying to said Hulda Marth and Albert Marth, or the sur-

<br /> and by virtue of the power vested in me by law, do by these presents grant, aell and convey unto
<br /> the said Hulda Ma.rth and Albert Marth, or the survivor, and to her or his heirs and aseigns, the
