<br /> one of the Judges of the Diatriet Court of Hall County, Nebraska, made on the 2nd day of June,
<br /> 1941, we were licensed by said Judge to sell at public auction, in the manner provided by law,
<br /> the real eatate hereinafter described; that thereupon we gave notice of the time and place of
<br /> said sale, as required by law, and at the time and place therein apecified, after said sale had
<br /> been held open one hour, sold said real estate at ublic auction to Elmer W.Linnemann of the
