<br /> �,nd testament of Edward Dearing, deceased, named made and appointed alternate trustee for the said
<br /> �illie Dearing Undert�ood in the event Edward B. Dearing delined to serve as sucn. And whereas the
<br /> said Edward B.Dearing did so decline to serve as suCh trustee arad the said William T. Dearing
<br /> accepted said trust arld his appointment as such trustee wa.s duly confirmed by order of the County
<br /> Court of Hall County, Nebraska, under date of March 27, 1920. And whereas a part of said trust
<br /> estate consisted of an undivided one sixth remainder interest in and to property described as
<br /> followa, to wit:

<br /> THIS INDENTURE, Made this 17 day of June, in the year one thousand nine hundred and forty-two
<br /> between Wi�.11iam Suhr, single, of the first part and Joan Henry and Thomas W.O�Loughlin and Mary
<br /> p �Loughlin, as ,joint tenants and not as tenants in common, of the second part,
