<br /> THAT, rdHEREAS, in an a.ction in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Ha11 County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, anc� EDITH MICHELSON and others
<br /> were defenda.nts, it wa5 considered, ad,judged and decreed by said Court, that the County of Hall
<br /> had a lien on each of the followin�; described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default of
<br /> the payment of s=�id unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty da.ys allowed by law,
<br />' the p.rPmises should be foreclosed arld sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in sa.id action havin� made default in the payment of tne amounts so
<br /> found due, I Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virt�ae of the order of
<br /> said Court to me directed, did on tne 29th day of January, 1940, at the north front door of the
<br /> Cour� House, in tne City of Gr�nd �sland, in the County of H�.11 ( the s�me being the place wherein
<br /> the District Cour� was last neld in said Co�anty) , havin� fi?�st given due and legal notice of the
<br /> time and place of said sAle, for not less than thirty days z�rior thereto, in �. legal newspaper
<br /> printed and in genPral circulation in said County of H�11, sell sa.id premises at public auction
<br /> to ERNEST L.KITCH, for tne sum of Three-hundred ten & no/100 Dollars, he being t'rie hi�hest and
<br /> best bidder therefor, for t:�e surn set forth in the ret�ort made to said Court of the sa.le and in
<br /> the order of confirm�tion; a.nd
<br /> WHEREAS, t� e owners of sa.id premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years allowed

<br /> said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to s�.id premisPa to

<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, T, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance
