<br /> THAT,WHE}�EAS, in an acbion in the District Court of 'the Eleventh Judicial Digtrict of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, and COMMERCIAL STATE BANK OF
<br /> (}RAND ISLAND,NEBRASKA, a corporation, and others wPre defenda.nts, it was considered, ad,judged and
<br /> decreed by said Court, that the County of Hall had a lien on each of the followin� described premises
<br /> for unpaid taxes, and that in def�ult o° the payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs,
<br /> within t��enty days allowed by l.aw, the premises should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHERFAS, the d�fendants in said action having made default in the payment of the �.mounts so
<br /> found c�ue, I, Dan�?1 Sanders, a.s Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of s�id
<br /> Court to me directed, clid on the 5th day of February, 1940, at the north front door of th� Court
