<br /> KN�W ALL MEN BY THE3E PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an ac�ion in the District �ourt of' the Eleventh Judicial Diatrict of Nebra ka,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein COUN2Y �F HALL was plaintiff, and THE GRAND ISLAND COLLEGE, A
<br /> GORPORATI�N, and others were defendants, it was considered, ad,judged and decreed by said �ourt,
<br /> that the C�unty of Ha11 had a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes
<br /> and that in dePault of the payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty
<br /> days allowed by law, the premisea should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action having made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of sa d
<br /> Cou�t to me directed, did on the 5th day of February, 19�-0, at the North front door of the Cou �.
<br /> House in the City of Grand Tsland, in the County of Hall (the same being the place wherein the
<br /> District Court wa..s la�t held in said County) having first given due and le�al notice of the tim�
<br /> and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper print d
<br /> and in general circulation in s�id County of Hall, sell said premises at public auc'Gion to th�
<br /> CTTY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, for the sum oP Thre�-hundred & no/100 Dollars, it being the high st
<br /> and best bidder theref'or, for the sums se'� forth in �he report made to said Court of the sale a d
<br /> in the order of conf irmation; and
<br /> WHEREAB, the owners of said premises Pailed to redeem said premises within the t���o years
<br /> allowed by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the 20th day of February,
<br /> 1942, and I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed
