<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTSs �
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court oP the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL waa plaintiff, and WILLIAM POHLER, Jr. , and
<br /> others were defendants, it was considered, ad,�udged �.nd deereed by said Court, that �h� County oP +
<br /> Hal1. had a lien on eaeh of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in d�fault
<br /> of the payment of said unp,�id �axes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law,
<br /> the premises should be �oreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action having made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sar�ders, as Sherif�' of said County, under and by virtue of the order of 8aid
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 29th day of January, 1949, a� the north front door of the Court
<br /> House in the City of Grand Island, in the :County of Hall (the same being the place wh�rein �he
<br /> District Gc�urt was last held in said County)., having first given due and legal notice of the tim�
<br /> and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in a. le�al r�ewspaper prin'Ged
<br /> and in general circalation in said County of Hall, sPll sai� premises at public auctlon to the
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, fo.r the sum of Four-hundred thirteen $e �j0�100 Dollars, it being
<br /> the highest and best bidd.er therefor, for the sums set forth in the report made to said Court of

<br /> WHEREAS, �fie owners of said premises f ailed to redePm said premises within the two years allowed
<br /> by law, and s�ld sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the llth day of February, 19�2, and
<br /> I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff' of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said
<br /> premises to said CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA;
<br /> NOW, THEF.EFORE, I, the said Daniel 5�nders, as Sheriff of Hall County, �iebraska, in pursuance
