<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEF�EAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebrask�,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL �aas plaintiff, and WILLIAM POHLER, JR. , and
<br /> others were defendants, it ti,�as considered, ad,judged and decreed by said Court, tha� the County of
<br /> H�11 had a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default
<br /> of the payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law,
<br /> the premises should be foreclosed and so1d; and
