<br /> barred, �nd tnat the Sheriff of said Hall County cause the lands and tenements hereinafter described
<br /> to be advertised, anci sold accordin� to law; and whereas the said defendants having made default
<br /> therein Daniel San�lers as �heriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of eaid Court
<br /> to him directed, did, on the 9th day of January A. D. , 1942, at the north door of the Court House
<br /> in the city of Grand Island, i`�ebraska, in said County of Hall, ( the same being the place wherein
<br /> the District Court was last held in said County) , naving first given due and legal notice of the
<br /> time and place of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior thereto, in the 4rand rsland Daily
<br /> Independent, a legal newspaper printed and in general cireulation in said County of Hall, sell the
<br /> said premises at public auction to Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a corporation, (it being the
<br /> hi�hest and best bidder 'GherePor) for the sum of Three-thousand sever�-hundred twenty-five & 4�/100
<br /> DOLLARS, which sale was afterwards at the September Term of s�.id Court, A. D. , 1941, examined and
<br /> confirmed, and the saici Daniel Sanders, as 5heriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed
<br /> of said premises to the said Home Owners ' Loan Corpor�,tion, a corporation, .
<br /> NOrnl, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel �anders, as Sheriff of Hall �ounty, N�braska, in pursuance o�
<br /> the order of said Court, as aforesaid, in consideration of trie premises, and by virtue of the powers
<br /> in me vested by law, d.o hereby give, grant, arld convey unto trie said nome Owners � Loan �orporation,
<br /> a corporation, and assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:
