<br /> city of Grand Zsland, Ha11 County, Nebr�ska, and
<br /> Whereas, the m�nner in wh�ch the same sha11 be sold and the terma oP said sale as agreed upon
<br /> <�.re as follows; tY�e p�archasers agree to pay one thousand eigh� hundred (1�00.00) dollars for said
<br /> real est�.te when the deed therefare i.s delivered. Th� city of Grand Tsland is to pay the taxes
<br /> l.evied a�ainst said real estate for the year of 19�+0 and all prior years and pay any and al1 special.
<br /> assessments levied against said real estate. The city sh�,ll not be required to furnish an a.bstract
<br /> of title and shall furnish a apecial deed for sa.id premises without warranties.
