As provided by law, notice of such sale and the terms thereof shall be ublished . <br /> P <br /> for three consecutive weeke in the Grand �sland Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of <br /> general circulation in the city of Grand Island, Nebraska, immediately after the passage approval <br /> and publication of this ordinance; and the city clerk is hereby directed and instructed to prepare <br /> and publish auch notice. <br /> SEGTION 4. Authority is hereby granted to the electors of tne city of Grand Island, Nebraska, <br /> to file a remonstrance against such sale of said real estate; and if a remonstrance against such <br /> sale be filed by legal electors of said city equal in number to thirty per cent (30�) of the <br /> electors of said city, voting at the last regular municipal electlon held in said city be filed <br /> with the mayor and council F�ithin thirty days after the passage and publication of this orflinance, <br /> said property shall not then, nor within one year thereaPter, be sold. <br /> SECTION 5. The s�1e o� said real estate is hereby directed, authorized and confirmed and if <br /> no remonstrance be f'iled against such sale, �he mayor and city clerk shall, after th� payment of <br /> the uurchase price oP said real esta�Ge has been made, make execute and deliver to the said Harry <br /> M.Tyler and Henry F. Tyler a deed for said real es�ate without any further action on behalf oP the <br /> city council. <br /> SECTION 6.
