<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleven�h Judicial Distriet of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein C�UNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, �,nd MARTA E.C.KAR�TENS, and othera.
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad,judged and decreed by s�id Court, that tne County of Hall had
<br /> a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in deYault of the
<br /> payment of said unpaid taxea, with 3:nterest and costs, within t?aenty days allowed by la��r, the
<br /> prPmises should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action having made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel S�.nders, as Sher.iff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of' said
<br /> Court to me direc�ed, did on tne 4th day of December, 1939, at the North front door oP the Court
<br /> House in �he City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the
<br /> District Court was last held in sa.id County) , h�.vin� first given dtze and l�gal notice of, the tirne
<br /> and pl�ce of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior there'�o, in a legal newspaper printed
<br /> and in general c�rculation in said County of H�.11, sell s��id �rPmises at public auction to th�
<br /> CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation for the sum of Six-hundred-two & 50/100 Dollars, it being the
<br /> highest and best bidder therefar, for the sums set forth in the report made to said Court of the
<br /> sale and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the o?+rners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within the two yeare allowed
<br /> by law, and said sale �v��s thereu?�on confirmed by th� court on the lgth day of December, 19�1, and
<br /> I, the said Daniel Sf�nders, as Sheriff of s�,id County, w��,s ordered to execute a deed to said
<br /> premises to said CI�rY OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation.
<br /> NO��t, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, �Pbraska, in pursuance �
