<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the Dlstrict Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hal1 County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, and S.D.BARTLE and others were '
<br /> dePendants, it was considered, ad�judged and decr�ed by said Court, that the County of Hall had a ,
<br /> lien on each o� th� following described premises for unp�id taxes, and that in default oP the ',
<br /> payment of sa.id unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the
