<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an a.ction in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraaka,
<br /> within a.nd for Hall County, wherein COU�TZ'�.'OF HALL was plaintiff, and THEODORE AEILTS and others
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad�udged and d�creed by said Gourt, tha'G 'the County oP Ha11
<br /> had a lien on each of the Pollowing described prem�.ses Por unpaid taxes, and that in default of
<br /> the payment oP sa.id unpaid taxes, with int�res'� and costs, within twen�y days allowed by law, the
<br /> premises should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said action hav�.ng made default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel 3andera, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue oP the order oP said

<br /> Court of the sale and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said ti�remises within the two y�ars
<br /> �llowed by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the court on the 15th day oY Dec�mber,
<br /> 19�4-1, and I, the said Daniel �anders, as �heriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to
<br /> said premises to s��ic� CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, a corporation. '
