<br /> 2HAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within And for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, and POLLY SPROUL and others '
<br /> wer� d�fendants, it was considered, ad�udged and decreed by said Court, that the County of Hall '
<br /> had a lien on each of the following described premises Por unpaid taxes, and that in dePault oP ,
<br /> t��e payment o�' said u.npaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, ,
<br /> the premises should be Poreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said aetion having made default in the payment of the amounts so '
