<br /> KNOW ALL 'MEN BY THESE PRESENTSt
<br /> THAT, T�1H�EAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall �ounty, wnerein County of Hall was plaintiff and Sadie Mutton and others were
<br /> defendants, it was considered, ad,�udged and decreed by said court that the County of Hall had a
<br /> lien on each of' trie following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default of the pay-
<br /> ment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the premises
<br /> should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, tne defendants, in sai,�_ action having made default in ttle payment of the amounts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sa.nders, as Sneriff of said County, under and by virtue oP the order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 4th day of DecPmber, 1939, at the North front door of the Court-
<br /> house in the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the
<br /> District Court was last held in said County) , having first given due r�.nd 1ega1 notice of tne time
<br />, and place of said sale, for not less than thirty d�;;�s prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed
<br /> and in general circulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at puUlic auction to COUNTY
<br /> OF HALL, it being the highest and best bidder tnerefor, for the sums set Porth in the report made
<br /> to said court of the sale and in order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of' said ��rPmises failed to redeem said premises within the t��o years
<br /> allowed by law and said sale was thereupon confirrned by the court on the 17th day of December,
<br /> 1941, and I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sneriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed
<br /> to said bremises to said County of Ha11.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebras�;a, in pursuance
