<br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an aetion in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> � within and for Hall County, wnerein County of Hall was plaintiff and Henry Mueller and others were
<br /> defenct�nts, 3t w�s considered, ad,judged and decreed by said Court that the County of Hall had a lien
<br /> on each of tne fallowing deacribed ��remises for unpaid taxes, and tha.t in default of the payment
<br /> _ of said unpaic� taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the premises
<br /> should be f'oreclosed and sold; and
