<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of trie Eleventh �udicial District of
<br /> �ebraska, within and for Hall C�unty, wherein County of Hall was plaintiff and Georg� Mattison
<br /> and ottlers were defendants, it was considered, ad�jud.ged and decreed by said court that th� County
<br /> of Hall had a lien on each of t�ie following described �;�remises for unpaid t�xes, and triat in
<br /> default of tr�e payment of saici unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, witnin twenty days allowed
<br /> by law, the premises snould be foreclosed ancl sold; and � '
