<br /> THA`P, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of' the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within an d for H�11 County, wherein COUNTY OF HALL was plaintiff, a,nd MARIA E. C.KAR5TEN8 and others
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad,judged and decreed by said court, tnat �Yie County of Hall had
<br /> ,
<br /> a lien on each of' the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default oP the
<br /> payment of sa.id un�aid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law, the
<br /> premises should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WH.�REAS, the defendants in said action having made defa.ult in the payment of the amaunts so
<br /> found due, I, Daniel Sanders, as Sherif f og said County, under and by virtue of the order of' s�.id
<br /> court to me directed, did on trle �+th day of December, 1939, at the• North front door of the Court-
<br /> house in the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hal1 � the same being the pl�.ce wherein the
<br /> District Court was last held in said County) , having first given due a.nd legal notice of the
<br /> time and blace of s��id s�le, for not less than tnir'ty days prior thereto, in a legal newspaper
<br /> printed and in general circulation in sa.id County of Hall, sell said pxemises at public auction
<br /> to Roy Brakeman for the sum of Twenty ( �20.00) Dollars, he being the high�st and best bidder
<br /> ther-�for, for the sum set forth in tne report made in said. Court of the sale and in the order of
<br /> confirmation; and .
<br /> WHEREAS, the owner of said premisAs failed to red�em said premises within the two years allowed
<br /> by law, and said sale was tnereupon confirmed by the Court on the �th day of December, 1941, and
<br /> I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a d�ed to said prernises to
<br /> said Roy Bra.keman.
<br /> ' NOW, THEREFORE, I , the s�id Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuanee
<br /> of the order of S�I�C�. COUT't as aforesaid, in consideration of the premises, and '�y virtue of the
<br /> powers in me vested by law, do hereby give, grant, and convey unto the said Roy Hrakeman and
<br /> assigns, the premises sold as aforesaid, to-wit:
