<br /> yKNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREA�, in an action in the Distriet Court of the E1ev�nth Judicial District af Nebraska,
<br /> within and for H�11 County, wherein County oP Hall ?aas plaintiff and �.D. Bartle and others were
<br /> �defendants, it was considered, ad�judged and decreed by said court �hat the County of Hall had a
<br /> lien on each of the following describPd premises for unpaid taxes, and that in default of the pay-
<br /> ment of said unpaidtaxes, with interest and costs, witnin twenty daya allowed by law, the premises

<br /> should be foreclosed and sold; and ,
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants, in said action having made default in tYie payment of the amounts so

<br /> found due I, Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said Gounty, under and by virtue of the order of said
<br /> court to me directed, did on the 20th day of November, 1939, at the north front dc�or of .the Gourt-
