<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the �l.strict Court of the Eleventh Judieial District of Nebraeka,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein County of Hall was plaintiPf and Theodore �eilts and others
<br /> were defendants, it was considered, ad,judged and decreed by said court that the County oP Hall
<br /> had a lien on each of the following described premises for unpaid taxes, and that in defau�.t of
<br /> the payment of said unpaid t�,xes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by law,
<br /> the premisea should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants, in said action having m�de default in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> Pound due, I, Danlel Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 20th day of November, 1939, at the north Pront door �f the Court-
<br /> house in the City of Grand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein the
<br /> Diatrict Court was last h�ld in said County), having first given due and legal notice of the time
<br /> and place of said sale, f'or not less than thirty daya prior thereto, in a legal newspaper printed

<br /> and in general circu�.�tion in said County of Hall, sell s�.id �remises at public�to COUNTY OF HALL,
<br /> it being the highest and best bidder therefor, f'or tne sums set forth in the report made to said
<br /> court of the sale and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years
<br /> allowed by law, and said sale was tnereupon confirmed by the court on the �th day of December,
<br /> 1941, and I, the said Daniel Sanders, a.s Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed
<br /> to said premises to said County of Hall.
