<br /> �' KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within �.nd for Hall County, wherein COUNTY OF' HALL was plaintiff and HENRY MUELLER, and others, were
<br /> defendants, it was consic�ererl, ad,judged and d.ecreed by sa,id Court trlat the County of Hall had a
<br /> lien on each of the following d�scribed premi9es for unpaid '�axes, and t:nat in default of the pa�-
<br /> ment of s�id unpaid t�.xes, with interest an d costs, within �wenty days allowed by law, the premises
<br /> should be foreclosed and sold; �nd
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said ac'�ion having mad� deP�.ult in the pay.ment ot' the amounts so

<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of said premiseg failed to redeem said premises within the two years allowed
<br /> by 1aw, and sa.id sale �,�as thereupon eonfirmed by the Court on the �-th day of D�eember, 1941, and
<br /> I, the said Daniel Sanders, aa Sheriff of said County, was ordered to execute a deed to said prem-
<br /> ises to said H�,ns F.Michelmann.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE, I, the said Daniel Sanders, as Bheriff of Hall County, Nebraska, in pursuance
<br /> of tne ordPr of said Court, as aforesaid, in considerat�on of the premises, and by virtue of the
