<br /> THAT, WHEREAS, in an action in the District Court of the Eleventh Judicial District of Nebra�ka,
<br /> within and for Hal1 County, wherein County of Hall wa� plaintiff and Herbert F.Aief and o�hers
<br /> wEre defendants, it wa.s consid.ered, ad,�udged and deereed by eaid Cour� that the County o� Hall had
<br /> a lien on each of the following described premi�es for unpaid taxes, and that in default of' the
<br /> payment of said unpaid taxes, with interest and costs, within twenty days allowed by 1aw, the
<br /> premi�es should be foreclosed and sold; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the defendants in said �etion having made dePault in the payment of the amounts so
<br /> f'ound due, I, Daniel. Sanders, as Sheriff of said County, under and by virtue of the order of said
<br /> Court to me directed, did on the 13th day of November, �939, at the North Pront door oP th�
<br /> Courthouae in the City of arand Island, in the County of Hall ( the same being the place wherein
<br /> the District Court was last held in said County) , having first given due and legal notice of the
<br /> time and plaee of said sale, for not less than thirty days prior '�hereto, in a legal newspaper
<br /> printed and in general cireulation in said County of Hall, sell said premises at publie auction
<br /> to COUNTY OF HALL, it being the highest and best bidder tnerefor, for the sums set forth in the
<br /> report made to said Court of the s�,le and in the order of confirmation; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the owners of sa,id premises failed to redeem said premises within the two years
<br /> allawed by law, and said sale was thereupon confirmed by the Court on the 2�" day o� November
<br /> 19�+1, and i, tne said Daniel Sanders, as Sheriff of said Gounty, was ordered to execute a deed
<br /> to said premises to said County of Hall :
