<br /> That Whereas, in an action in the Distriet Court of the Eleventh Judi�ial District of Nebraska,
<br /> within and for Hall County, wherein Home Owners ' Loan Corporation, a corporation, is Plaintiff,
<br /> and RoZetta Haggard, et al are Defendants, it was by said Court at the September Term thereoP, A. D.
<br /> 1940, to-wit, on the 12th day of November A. D. , 19�+1, considered, a.d�udged, and decreed that in
<br /> default of th� pa.yment to the Clerk of the District Court of the costs of said action, and to the
<br /> plaintiff the sum of �2263. 21 with interest thereon at the rate of 6� per annum from November 12,
<br /> 1940, within twenty days from the date of such ,judgment and decree, tnat the equity of redemption
